Families United in Christ Baptist Church (F.U.I.C) started out with a group of Baptist Christian Believers following the will of God by branching off from First New Testament Church, in Lumberton, North Carolina on February 12, 2012.

The structural meeting was held at Bishop Fisher, Sr. and First Lady Fisher residence on February 12, 2012. Those attending the meeting were the Baldwin, Whittington, Council, Autry and Davis families. In March of the same year, we began holding Sunday Worship services at the Fisher's residence in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Our church was was duly Incorporated by the State of North Carolina as a Church on June 4, 2012. Bishop Fisher was duly ordained and installed as Pastor of F.U.I.C on June 16, 2012. On July 1, 2012, Brother Robert Whittington was ordained as F.U.I.C first Deacon.

After searching diligently for a church building on December 2, 2012 we held our first church service at 14199 Hwy 301, St. Pauls, North Carolina where we still reside today. With hard work and dedication from our members, assistance from family and friends as well as community members we continuously find ways to make our church home a place where you can worship freely and enjoy the word of God.
